Do I need to download or install any software to access the event?

No, you only need to have access to the internet.

Is a webcam required to participate?

No, it is not required. If you do have a webcam it will allow you to video chat with an exhibitor.

How do I login the day of the event?

You will use your email to login to the website provided to you.

What can I do at the conference?

Visit exhibit booths and download information into your swag bag.

Interact (via chat) with exhibitors.

Attend live sessions in the auditorium.

Attend pre-recorded sessions in the auditorium.

Attend virtual networking events.

What if I miss a session?

If you missed a session, we’ve got you covered. The sessions are recorded, and you can access them throughout the conference. This platform is also available on-demand for one month after the event is over. 

You can also click on the Resources and Videos tabs at the top of the Lobby screen to access handouts and other resources from exhibitors. 

Where do I go to visit the Exhibitors?

Once you are in the lobby of the conference, move your cursor to Exhibit Hall and Click. You will then click the arrow on the right of the screen to scroll through exhibitors. There is also a listing of exhibitors in alpha order.

What is the Leaderboard?

You will receive points for attending sessions, visiting with exhibitors and participating in chats. You can click on the leaderboard to see how many points you have received.  Prizes will be awarded to those with the highest number of points.

What is the Swag Bag?

As you attend sessions and visit with exhibitors you will have the opportunity to download the documents you receive to your “swag bag” at the end of the day you can email the contents directly to yourself.
